    ABOUT

    The JohnJae Fan Week is a week-long event to celebrate fan works about our favorite couple Johnny and Jaehyun! Our aim is to boost JohnJae content so we encourage content creators to submit various bodies of work like fanfics, art works, poems, songs, moodboards, edits, trailers and whatever you can come up with centered around Johnny and Jaehyun!#JohnJaeWeek will start on the 8th of February, 2023 and will end on
    February 14th, 2023, in celebration of Johnny and Jaehyun’s birthdays.

    How will this fest work?

    #JohnJaeWeek will take place over the course of one week starting the 8th of February to the 14th. Each day will have a theme that people can contribute to and will be up to the creator’s interpretation. There will be no sign-ups or check-ins to make this fest hassle free as much as possible!

    Can I only submit fics?

    Our number one goal is to boost JohnJae content in any form! You can submit anything you want! As long as it’s your body of work and it’s centered around Johnny and Jaehyun. You can submit fics, poems and any type of literature and any type of art (drawings, fanvids, edits, mood boards, graphics/edits, etc). You can also submit playlists or self written and performed songs. Anything you want!

    Does my submission have to be in English?

    We want this fest to be as inclusive as possible so please feel free to use the language you are comfortable with.

    How and when can I submit my work?

    • Before anything, all submitted works must be finished and submission will be on the day of. Since this will be an open type of fan week, we won't ask you to be anonymous or anything. On the day of, please post your work to our AO3 collection and then you can proceed to post your work on twitter where you can tag us!

    • Please note that we will be following Korean time so please check your time zone difference so you can post accordingly!

    • For Twitter posting, please use #JohnJaeWeek2022 #DayX (X indicating the day of the theme you’re joining). We’ll then include your entry in our daily compilation thread.

    Do I have to submit something every day

    Not at all! But if you want to, you can. You can submit on one day or on multiple days as long as you see to it that you finish your works on the allotted time and can submit on the date needed.

    What if I missed a day but still want to submit for it?

    Go right ahead! Just make sure to let us know which day/theme your work is for! But we highly encourage you to finish and submit your works on time.

    Can I submit an old fic or art work?

    This time, we're allowing people to enter their past works to give them and their works the support and exposure that they deserve. But of course, we still encourage people to make new works. There can never be too many JohnJae works!

    Can I incorporate the other themes in my work even though there's already a chosen theme?

    Yes! Thank you for voting, first of all! There were 3 themes that stood out among the rest but only one really won but of course, you can incorporate not just the theme that you voted for that didn't win, but also the other themes that were presented in the voting!

    RULES

    • Tag sensitive material accordingly (i.e. NSFW, trigger warnings, etc.) We will not accept works featuring non-consensual sex or sexual themes involving minors, incest and bestiality.

    • You may include other ships and/or polyamorous themes, as long as the main focus is Johnny and Jaehyun.

    • Everything from fics, poems, fan art, playlists, mood boards, posters, AUs and anything related to JohnJae will be accepted, but you may only submit works that you have created yourself!

    • Absolutely no form of plagiarism will be accepted. If you notice that someone’s work has been plagiarized, please contact us as soon as possible.

    • **All submitted works must be completed and must be submitted by the original creator**. If your work falls under two or more of our themes, please only choose one theme to submit it under.

    • Any form of **hate or bullying will not be tolerated**. Anything hateful/negative is highly unwelcomed.

    • Don’t forget to **RT, like, leave kudos, comment and share the works** of the (other) creators that have joined #JohnJaeWeek! Give lots of love for their hard work!
